
Meredith Graham
Meredith Graham is a Research and Evaluation Specialist with the Texas A&M Institute for Advancing Health Through Agriculture where she leads research studies and program evaluations with community-based organizations including Extension. She joined Texas A&M in 2020 after working as a Research Specialist at Cornell University for over 15 years, where she also received her BS in Human Biology, Health and Society and her MS in Community Nutrition. She has managed public health research projects including clinical trials on gestational weight gain and postpartum weight retention, clinical trials evaluating multilevel interventions for midlife and older women to prevent cardiovascular disease, as well as studies related to the food system, yoga, strength training, neighborhood health, and civic engagement. Her research areas include developing and refining chronic disease prevention interventions as well as conducting qualitative and quantitative research and translation for non-research audiences. She has expertise related to measurement of dietary and physical activity behaviors, common biometric measures, and validated self-report measures. She has published more than 50 peer-reviewed articles and has presented research findings at a variety of conferences.
