
Meghan Kershaw
Meghan Kershaw is a Research Specialist with the Texas A&M Institute for Advancing Health Through Agriculture’s Healthy Living Program. Her work centers on the development of digital tools and media to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of community-engaged health research. She is seasoned nutrition research and knowledge management specialist with over a decade of experience in global health, maternal and child nutrition, and program evaluation. In her previous roles she managed operational research and knowledge management strategies for multisectoral nutrition programs in Ethiopia, completed various consultancies in data analytics and evaluation for international and domestic health programs, and provided executive and administrative support for an agricultural development NGO. Meghan holds an MS in Food Policy and Applied Nutrition from Tufts University and a BA in International Affairs and Economics from Northeastern University. Her research interests include maternal and child health, nutrition interventions, health disparities, and the integration of digital education and health technologies. She is particularly passionate about leveraging technology and digital tools to enhance innovation, efficiency, and impact in community health research and programming.
