The USDA Nutrition Hub at Texas A&M is designed to improve food and nutrition security, reduce diet-related chronic diseases, and improve population health throughout Texas and the United States, through developing and enhancing transdisciplinary collaboration and partnerships, compiling and disseminating precision nutrition resources, and fostering education and training opportunities.

USDA Nutrition Hub Network
The Nutrition Hub network is supported by grants from the USDA’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) Agriculture and Food Research Initiative, alongside resources from the USDA Agricultural Research Service. Its primary goal is to enhance and expand the reach of USDA initiatives related to Extension, education, and research through the application of precision nutrition.
